- Delivery Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

🇮🇸 Domestic Shipping
- Pick up in store: You can pick up your order free of charge at our store at Brekkuhúsar 1, 112 Reykjavík.
- Notification: You will receive an email when your order is ready for delivery.
- Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via Póstin and Dropp.
- Cost: Shipping costs are added to payment before the purchase is completed.
- Free shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over 15,000 kr.
🌍 International Shipping
- Carrier: Við sendum vörur um allan heim með Íslandspósti og DHL
- Europe west: Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days.
- Europe other: Estimated delivery time is 3–15 business days.
- Other countries: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.
- Invoice: Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process and depend on the weight of the package and the destination.
- Customs and Taxes: Orders outside Iceland may be subject to import duties, customs and taxes in the destination country.
- Responsibility for fees The buyer is solely responsible for all such additional costs and customs clearance in their country. Flokakonan.is has no control over these fees.
Return period and product returns in the online store
When you shop in our online store, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your purchase from the date the product is received
Return conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or order number must be presented.
Return methods:
- In store: You are welcome to bring the product to us at Brekkuhús 1, 112 Reykjavík, and return it there free of charge.
- By mail: You can send the product back. The buyer is responsible for the product while it is in transit and pays the shipping costs themselves, unless the product is wrong or defective.
Refund: Once we have received the product and confirmed that it is in order, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase. Of course, you can also choose to receive a credit note or exchange for another product if you wish.
Notification obligation: If the product proves to be defective, it must be reported quickly and reliably in a communication form, to the store's email address or by phone.
