The company Flókakonan ehf. is the owner and operator of the website www.flokakonan.is. These terms and Conditions are in accordance with Icelandic law. In the event of a legal dispute it is under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Reykjavík.

Return Policy:
A 14 day return policy applies with every product if the customer can show proof of purchase with a purchasing date. The product must be unused, in perfect shape and in its original and undamaged packaging when it is returned. If a product is sealed, it needs to be sealed upon returning it. Upon returning a product, the return price is based on the original price of the product, unless it is being returned during a sale or a special offer, in which case the return price will be based on the price of the day of return. If the customer does not want to exchange the product for another one, a note of credit will be issued after the product has been returned in the form of an issued code that is valid on this store, for one year from the date of return. Shipping and postal fees are not paid back. The customer must pay for the shipping of returned products. We will pay for the shipping of a replacement product.
In the case of a faulty or imperfect product, we will replace it with a new product and pay all shipping costs required to get the replacement to the customer or refund the money if that is requested. A product is only considered faulty if it is received faulty or damaged. Regular wear and tear is not considered a faulty product.

Shipping, Tax and Shipping Information:
All prices include 24% VAT but shipping costs are calculated during checkout. The price of shipping depends on shipping destination. Prices can change without notice due to changes in shipping rates, currency fluctuation or other economic conditions.
Orders shipped out of Iceland can be subject to additional charges like customs, duties and tariffs that must be covered by the customer. These charges vary between countries and are impossible for Flókakonan to know before an order is made.
All orders are processed and shipped after one to three business day. If a product is unavailable at the time of purchase, a salesperson will contact the customer to inform him of the estimated delivery time.
Shipping within Reykjavík is handled by Flókakonan or Pósturinn, while all other shipping is handled by Pósturinn. Of all shipments handled by Pósturinn, their general terms, along with shipping and delivery terms apply. Therefore, Flókakonan is not responsible in case of lost or products that were damaged during shipping. If a product is either lost or damaged after it has been sent from Flókakonan, the responsibility lies with the customer.
All products are shipped to your door unless otherwise stated.
